Our Founder: David R. Waldman has spent the last seventeen years working with franchise organizations.  He has been instrumental in developing infrastructure and training for large companies with over 240 locations nationwide as well as new emerging Franchise organizations.  He takes pride in helping business owners achieve their goals, re-ignite their passion and take them through the next phase of growth- Franchising.  

 

Many ask the meaning of PIR and it is simple, P I R = Perception Is Reality.  David’s mission is to teach how this concept propels businesses towards achieving their goals.  The services we offer are designed to fast track business owners with the tools and information needed to reach their maximum potential.  David operates PIR & Associates Inc- The Franchise Maker with integrity and professionalism while keeping the client’s best interests in mind at all times.  His high personal standards of excellence blended with his intense motivation to help others succeed are the foundation supporting The Franchise Maker.

 

David has experience in building foundations for companies who wish to grow.  After earning a degree in Psychology, he became the youngest General Manager of a restaurant chain here in San Diego, (the entire 186 unit chain).  Other work experiences include:  Director of Human Resources, Director of Operations and Director of Business Development for large Franchise organizations.  This experience gives us a competitive edge above other Franchise Consulting Services.

 

The services we offer go beyond education, coaching and coordinating all the pieces to successfully duplicate operations.  As Franchise Developers, this company was created to provide an arsenal of resources and the virtual infrastructure to turn a business into a Franchise System.  All services are custom tailored to help clients even after they become a Franchise.

 

Franchise Attorneys: We have over 6 Franchise Attorneys that will review, make changes and file the UFDD Disclosure Documents (formerly known as UFOC documents) in the various the States you choose.  They have well over 85 years of cumulative Franchise law experience ranging from National Corporate Franchise Council to work experience with the California Department of Corporations.  We will pair you up with the attorney most compatible with your personality.

 

Trademark Attorneys: We have attorneys who specialize in domestic trademark law and international trademark law.  Depending on the complexity of your situation, will determine which attorney we will assign to you.

 

Technology: As our founder, David Waldman states “I would much rather see our clients further strengthen their system rather than spend a ton of money on a service just to Franchise them”.  Technology can be confusing and our teams of experts have it covered.  From web site design, creating various portals, landing pages and computer networking to Search Engine Optimization these guys know their stuff.
